Pastoral administration of our parish is carried out through the parish council, trustees, finance council, collection counters, buildings and grounds, gardening, Catholic Charities, and website development/management ministries.
Our Parish Council acts as a consultative group to the pastor and serves as a communication network for parish groups and individuals. The Council is composed of members selected from the parish’s different ministry groups. They meet monthly to discuss and develop plans that support our parish mission. Parishioners are welcome to attend meetings. See our parish calendar of events for dates and times.

Our Trustees are appointed by the Bishop upon the recommendation of the pastor. They review parish business and act as signing agents for official parish documents. The trustees meet regularly with the pastor and his staff. They are required to attend monthly parish and finance council meetings.
The finance council develops and monitors methods of meeting both current and long range financial obligations. It makes recommendations regarding financial planning. The finance council oversees and plans the annual budget. The council meets at least once a month and members are appointed by the pastor.
Collection counters assist in the counting of weekly and special collections. Members are selected by the pastor and serve on a rotating basis.
The building and grounds ministry is responsible for the maintenance of the grounds and buildings of the church properties. Activities include spring cleanup, snow removal, and building upkeep. This group also makes recommendations to the parish council for improvements and repairs.
Our gardening ministry focuses on the beautification of the grounds and surrounding church properties. Activities include preparing flower beds, planting flowers, watering and weeding. Volunteers are always welcome!
Catholic Charities of Buffalo helps people of all ages, races, faiths and walks of life throughout Western New York. During the Catholic Charity Appeal, the coordinator and volunteers contact parishioners for contributions to this worthwhile endeavor.
The web development ministry develops, manages, and updates the parish website. Persons working with this ministry will perform updates and revisions as needed by adding, editing content and uploading files in a timely manner to ensure our website is current. If you have computer technology skills, please share them with this important parish ministry.
